I specialize in relationship coaching. If you are seeking marriage counseling, relationship counseling, and support to improve to make your communication and intimacy strong - I'm here to help you. *Currently all services are done online*
My work helps couples break unhealthy patterns. In our sessions, couples learn to communicate and open their hearts. I teach couples and married partners the tools to have love. In our sessions, as a couple you will learn to:

As a seasoned relationship researcher and coach who's worked with over 1,000 married couples and hundreds under a research program looking at what makes couples stay together - I promise our time together will help your relationship improve. In our couple's sessions, we'll focus on:
-Your communication styles
-What you fight over (and how to solve those issues)
-Your intimacy and connection
-Shared dreams (and the impact it has)
-What helps you connect
-The ways in which you speak to each as a couple (and what the research shows works best)
Each session is built to help the couple experience increased intimacy, connection, and transform their relationship into a healthy one that lasts. I've worked with hundreds of singles privately and am happy to help you work through your relationship challenges in 1-1 private sessions.

LastingLoveConnection has helped couples since 2013. After training in the work of Drs. John and Julie Gottman and Drs. Harville Hendrix and Helen LakellyHunt, coach Luis Congdon opened up his own practice. In 2008 Luis Congdon taught Marriage Education Courses to hundreds of couples and spent countless hours teaching private sessions to couples. You are guaranteed to be working with a highly specialized Relationship Coach who has been thoroughly trained.

Some of my personal experiences include; living with a Buddhist monk, living with Jesuit priests, living on a Quaker farm, working as a Senior Director of a nonprofit, and running a successful podcast with over 500 interviews with the world's best minds.
