I help you to find a safe way to communicate your needs and help you process any trauma or issues that have occured in the relationship. I also specialize in working with anxiety and trauma. I am certified in EMDR therapy for trauma and facilitator of Prepare and Enrich for premarrital couples counseling as well. I have a center with several therapist that work with couples if I am not able to see you.
