I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) specialist who works with clients—like you—who want to identify and resolve the pain in their lives, including marital and relationship concerns. My goal is to teach you how to become an expert at understanding yourself so that you are able to understand and relate to your partner and achieve lasting happiness and fulfillment in your relationship. I believe that the intrapersonal dysfunction we hold onto in our lives has a tendency to wreck havoc on our relationships, and that when we explore and own the ways we are contributing to unfulfilling dynamics in our relationships, we gain the power to make lasting change.
