Whether working with a couple, a family or an individual, I always seek to understand the context of their lives in order to help them discover solutions. Human systems are unique and adaptable and possess tremendous capacity for healing and repair. I aim to help clients restore connection and balance in their lives.
My approach is collaborative and strengths based and I work to help clients gain new insights and help break ineffective and unhelpful patterns. I have extensive training in relational therapy including work with couples and families.
For those seeking more targeted work, I offer Intensive Retreats which are customized to your area of need and interest. Topics can include Marriage Blueprint, Marriage Tune Up. My work draws from systems and attachment theory.
