I completed my training at Syracuse University at Syracuse University in 2015 and am a licensed social worker. I hold a Certificate of Advanced Study in Trauma Informed Care and am dedicated to working with trauma survivors. I work from a person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed approach. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and utilized Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness in my treatment.
