I am a partner to my clients, recognizing their expertise about their coupleship. I support and advocate for what the coupleship--not the individuals--need. I offer emotional support and a safe container for the coupleship, creating space for issues to be fully recognized, disentangled and worked through. I espouse EFT, believing attachment styles to be key in navigating how to resolve relational issues without creating further wreckage as concerns around safety, commitment, abandonment and rejection often arise during this process. I honor the courage required to honor the coupleship and consider this a sacred process. Leaning into conflict is actually part and parcel to creating true intimacy in relationship.
