I work with adult individuals and couples. The type of concerns people might have are grief, relationships, abuse survivors, veterans and their spouses, and job stress. With couples, I work with you and your partner as a pre-marital coach or post-marital counseling. I have completed Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and will be using this treatment model when working with you and your partner. If you are already consider a divorce, I am trained in the collaborative law process and we can discuss going this route for a dissolution.

For abuse survivors and veterans with PTSD, I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and use this method.
