Also through my work, I help patients who come in alone achieve personal growth as well as decrease anxiety, increase confidence and self-esteem, develop closer relationships, and improve their communication skills.
While I work with a variety of issues, I also specialize in substance abuse and addiction problems.
I usually work with family system theories; however, I am flexible and open to working with other theories if my professional judgment considers that the patient would benefit from them in order to achieve their goals in therapy. Depending on the problems, needs and goals of my patients, I adjust my work to help them achieve their goals. I never impose my style or beliefs to my patients.
