I work with individuals and couples as a collaborative yet directive ally to help them move from heartbreak to healing using evidence based practices such as Emotionally Focused Couples and Individual Therapy (EFT, EFIT) and EMDR. I bring warmth, humor, direction, and accountability to some of the hardest issues such as Infidelity, infertility, sexual trauma, crisis, grief, parenting children of disability, chronic illness, or relationships where Neurodiversity is present. (ADHD, ASD)

As a first generation Ukrainian immigrant out of Germany, I strive to express sensitivity to the unique needs of immigrants, refugees, cultural and ethnic minorities by incorporating traditions, religions, or beliefs my clients find strength in which I do in an open hearted non judgmental way.
