ONLINE THERAPY FOR ADULT INDIVIDUALS & COUPLES – I am exclusively offering online counseling during the current health emergency to keep my clients safe. I offer flexible scheduling (days/nights/weekends).
More than ever, I am committed to creating a safe place for you to process life's uncertainties, pain, and losses. My areas of clinical focus include personal growth, anxiety, family conflict and divorce adjustment, attachment issues, grief and loss, religious trauma, and other relationship issues.
I'm a certified EMDR therapist, with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT is a highly effective therapy helping couples get unstuck from recurring patterns of conflict and disconnection and EMDR has been widely validated as a treatment for trauma. I am certified to offer premarital therapy using the PREPARE-ENRICH assessment.
