Hello. I specialize in couples counseling. Since 1999, I have helped couples resolve conflicts and create close and loving relationships that can truly last a lifetime. Think this is impossible? Many do, but I believe that as long as you are open to learning new communication skills; realize that there is a logic to our emotions; and are willing to work toward remaining mindful in moments of conflict - your relationship will thrive. My goal is to remind you of your curiosity about each other, your deep generosity towards each other and your ability to find gentle, connecting humor together.

My approach is client-centered and eclectic with a focus on mindfulness.
