Through my masters and PhD studies, years of practice, and research efforts, I have dedicated my energy and time to learn, develop and study effective new approaches to the issues that keeps us stuck in anxiety, depression, fear and suffering. One of my main areas of expertise is working with couples, pregnant families and new parents to help them flourish with their babies. I believe that there's a lot of hope for couples that might feel distant and disconnected becuase we can learn how to be together, and love and respect each other more deeply. I am also a dedicated wellness and success consultant for a renowned school of graduate medical education. My current research has resulted in an innovative approach that combines ancient wisdom and leading edge practices to help my clients work with, not against, their emotions. My goal is clear, to help you live a meaningful and gratifying life.
