Overall, I support those in pain by applying skills in sessions that enhance connection in relationships in deep and meaningful ways extending beyond the therapy room & supporting holistic wellness to improve the quality of your overall life. Furthermore, I commonly support those seeking a provider who understands their Christian lens or those desiring to incorporate faith-based values in the therapy process. My approach is holistic in nature which means that I will support you in identifying balance & exploring the impacts of the physical, emotional, spiritual, & other ailments on your relationship & overall life & business wellness. I choose to hope in seemingly hopeless situations which is quite different from much of the messaging you may receive today.
