Humans are hardwired for connection. Experiencing loneliness, unfulfillment or conflict within your relationships is stressful for the body, mind and spirit. Therapy can help remove blocks to facilitate a healing process. In relationship work, I mediate deep conversations without creating more harm and trigger.
