What to do when you are unhappy to make yourself happy?
Whenever I'm feeling down I do something with my two kids. It would seem like this advise doesn't make sense, because often times when we are unhappy we think we want to be left alone, but what I have found out is that when I have my kids around me, I don't want them to see me depressed so I make an extra effort to try to really appreciate that I have them. They make me smile from ear to ear. If they aren't with me I crank up some good music and sing along. And at last resort go for a nice long walk with my dog

Suggest some dating advice for girls that can of some help to them.
First, learn to be a smart dater... Meaning know who you are dating. Get some info on them if at all possible through friends or family or even coworkers. Who ever introduced you to him would be a good place to start. Don't allow jerks to make you jaded. Once that happens, you sort of lose patience with dating in general and won't have that patience to allow a relationship to develop. Have patience but set realistic time frames for how the relationship progresses. Keep an open mind but also your BS sensor on high. Be honest with the person you go out with.

What is annulment of marriage? How is it different from divorce?
Annulment is agreed by both parties that it really should not be considered a marriage from it's inception, where as in the case of a divorce the law recognizes the length of time the couple was married and that the divorce began when the marraige was finalized. I believe there is also a time statute as to when you can annul a marriage.

How is life after divorce for men?
I'm not sure if I agree with some of the previous posts. I feel it's easier for the man. The majority of men end up having less time with their kids after cusotdy situations have been figured out and this gives them more free time to heal from the divorce. I was the opposite and had my kids the majority of the time. It was a nice break when they would go with their mom ever other wkend. Also I feel there's less of a stigmatism of being a divorcée male than female. And the women out in the dating world are far more aggressive when approaching a divorced man.

Yes of course, a woman's health can be affected by something like divorce. Divorce is a heavy word. It has weight just thinking about it. It is a stress and stress can cause physical ailments. Stress not only on the mother, but to the baby as well. Insomnia, depression, weight loss, hypertension and bad eating habits can all be attributed to the stress of a possible divorce.

First and foremost be honest. Honest with yourself and with him. Don't treat him as a child. Be an adult, talk to him about the reason why you want to break up. Think long and hard in it before you do. Practice the conversation you are going to have with him so that it will be easier for youu to tell him without getting confused or too emotional. Going in with a calm demeanor will go a long way.

Does remarriage after divorce bring happiness?
It believe it can. I haven't remarried so I can't say for sure but I know I am wiser than when I was married. I am much more prepared to be in a relationship now. I'm sure that whatever knowledge I have acquired over the years will help in the new marriage. Lesson learned as they say.

How should I get over a break up?
Well that's easy. First, seek professional help. A therapist can do wonders helping u through all the emotions that come with a breakup. It really is a loss as in a death. Therapy and medication can help tremendously. Medication for insomnia and depression, which typically follows a break up, are tools that can be used to help heal from it. Exercise is also paramount. It can give you direction and an outlet to relieve stress in a positive manner. The results are two-fold. One, it will help you physically to overcome stress, increase endorphins to combat depression and help you sleep, which the body needs. And second, it will help you mentally by giving you a healthy body, increasing ones self worth and making you more confident.

Does indulging in dating after divorce correct?
Generally speaking it would depend on the type of dating and type of person these dates are with. If it is to help move one's self out of their comfort zone and to become more social, sure why not. It's a positive exercise in socializing. Friendships can be made and lessons learned. Now if it's immediately after a divorce, time isn't given to the individual to heal and regroup and the following dates that person goes on can be meaningless. No real positive or self growth coming from these dates.

Is dating a married man ethically correct?
The short answer ...no . Marriage on a religious level is specific to two individuals that forsake others for the marriage. Many of the major religions go so specific as to say it's between a man and a woman and even has punishments for those that comment adultery be it physical or spiritual. On a civil level, marriage is explicit that it is between two consenting adults and that those adults are not currently married. Stands to point out it's based only on a two-person relationship, so if u are dating someone married, ethically it is implied that it is wrong. Now are there circumstances when its can be reasoned that it is acceptable. One example that comes to mind are those that enter into a marriage that is open. They are many swingers that marry and continue to practice their swinging lifestyles. All parties are within agreement .

I think men are a little easier to please than women. A man usually just wants a woman who will make him a hot meal, make love to him, and say thank you for the things that he does. Women want someone to talk to, someone who will listen to them, someone who will be affectionate, and kind.
