If you and your spouse can craft a mutually agreeable separation agreement, the path toward a dissolution of marriage may not be an overwhelming experience. In most judicatories, you can present a separation agreement to a judge who will then approve it (hopefully) and submit it as an official record of the court. From this point forward, the legalities are over and you are simply waiting for the ticks on the clock to expire. A filed settlement agreement is a door to singleness.

The fastest way is for one of you to move out of the family home. Just remember that the one who leaves may haave problems claiming property if thy do so check it with a lawyer first. Then visit a lawyer/s to work out a settlement agrement. A non-contested divorce will go through court quicker than a contested one whidh has to be argued out with lawyers.
