Every woman's body is different and reacts to pregnancy differently, but here are the most common symptoms of pregnancy: Fatigue, vomitting, changes in the breasts, missed period, mood swings and food cravings. Although these could all be attributed to something other than pregnancy, they can be a good sign that you most likely are.

Besides missing your menstrual period, there are several other changes which you may notice during the early stages of pregnancy. Your breasts may start to become tender, swollen and painful due to the hormonal changes taking place. You may also start to feel nauseous, and you may or may not vomit. You might find you have to go to the bathroom more often with increased urination. Some women may experience particular food cravings or suddenly not be able to face certain foods and especially certain smells. There may also be a general sense of tiredness or fatigue.
