Unless you have blue light blocking apps, night settings, or special glasses to block blue light, it&rsquo;s best to avoid screen time altogether within about an hour of bedtime. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If it is impossible for you to avoid TV, watch out for scary or violent shows and try not to watch the late news. Go for something soothing or even boring instead.
