Sound familiar?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Number three.&nbsp;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When we bed hop i.e., when we end a relationship and go into another one, or we end our relationship, and 30 days later, we&rsquo;re dating someone new&hellip; That&rsquo;s called <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wiktionary.org\/wiki\/bed-hop\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bedhopping<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and it&rsquo;s a great sign that we have a fear of being alone in life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">About 10 years ago, I worked with a young woman who had everything going for her: she was smart, attractive, took care of her body in the gym&hellip; But she was so insecure she always needed to have men around her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She was dating one guy who came right out and said he really wasn&rsquo;t interested in anything other than having sex with her&hellip; But she knew she could change his mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It didn&rsquo;t work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And as she sensed that he wasn&rsquo;t interested and wasn&rsquo;t going to change his mind regarding a relationship, she immediately started talking to another guy, while she was still with man number one, to make sure that she wouldn&rsquo;t be alone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She even told me that she&rsquo;s a different type of woman, that she has to be in a relationship to feel good about herself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That&rsquo;s called denial. No one has to be in a relationship to feel good about yourself, and if you have to be in a relationship, you are called a &ldquo;100% codependent human being.&ldquo;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And when the second guy told her that he wasn&rsquo;t interested in anything other than just being <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marriage.com\/advice\/relationship\/friends-with-benefits-relationship\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">friends with benefits<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, she continued to see him while she looked around for someone else to fill his space in bed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That might sound crazy, but it&rsquo;s extremely normal, unhealthy, but normal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some tips to look at that would prove you are healthy, happy, and do not have a fear of being alone:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Number one.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, when everyone else is out on dates or partying&hellip; You are comfortable enough to sit in, read a book; you don&rsquo;t have to numb your brain with drugs, alcohol, sugar, or nicotine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Number two.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;You create a life filled with hobbies, volunteer opportunities, and more so that you feel great about yourself, giving back, being part of the solution on this planet versus being part of the problem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Number three<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
