Consider this message as a slogan about the importance of family planning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is something that you give little thought to until you are at the point of thinking out the best types of family planning firsthand.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For so many couples who go through the process, they had no idea about the true importance of family planning or the fact that it was even such a long journey.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4815999\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unintended <\/span><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marriage.com\/advice\/pregnancy\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pregnancy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> rates are pretty high in the U.S., and nearly 40% of men, aged 35 to 39 years, in the same country, need family planning.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are <\/span><b>family planning services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> available in countries like the USA that cater to a couple&rsquo;s inquiries pertaining to family and family planning. In fact, nearly 42% of women, aged between 15 and 44, had <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.guttmacher.org\/journals\/psrh\/2007\/12\/quality-family-planning-services-united-states-findings-literature-review\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sought family planning services<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, according to the National Survey of Family Growth way back in the year 2002.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, before delving deeper into understanding the benefits of family planning, it is important to clear doubts about the <\/span><b>purpose of family planning<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the first place.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Importance-of-family-planning\"><\/span>Importance of family planning<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Family planning is a streamlined process <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by which couples can <\/span><b>decide their desired number of children<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> they wish to have and also determine the <\/span><b>spacing of pregnancies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Until the 20th century, <\/span><b>abstinence was the only way<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> out to <\/span><b>prevent unwanted or space out pregnancies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fortunately for the new millennials and generation z, organizations like WHO have spread the importance of family planning to every nook and corner of the world. But there are advantages of family planning in the long run.
